Founded on a commitment to investing in the work of talented, insightful, and stylish literary critics, Splice commissions a minimum of five book reviews per year from each of its masthead writers. This allows Splice to offer in-depth criticism of contemporary literature from a stable of regular contributors, allowing readers to become familiar with each writer’s tastes, tendencies, and judgments over time.
